Florida Keys is a well established, gated community of quality lodges near the village of Wiberfoss, and less than 10 miles from the historic city of York. The vibrant market town of Pocklington is only 3.5 miles away, with plenty of interesting local shops and restaurants, plus a Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Aldi.
Excellent walking and cycling area and of course the Yorkshire Wolds are on the doorstep.
If you’re a fan of the horses York racecourse is just 20 minutes away, to Beverley less than 30 minutes and Ripon, Wetherby and Doncaster racecourses are all within easy reach.
Ground rent payable to landlord and the usual bills, Gas and Electric on meters, no domestic rates. 52 week a year licence so no restrictions on usage. If your looking to rent as a weekly holiday let then £800 to £1000 per week in the high season, Easter and Christmas or £400 to £500 per week off peak is a modest rate, (to sleep six) more can be asked for if the Ebor or Dante racing is on at York. We have never let the cabin out ourselves and have always had it for our own personal use.
